Property Development Funding

We provide funding for property development schemes, especially where the properties need to be converted or refurbished. We are able to fund development schemes up to £1,000,000 through our own resources but can handle larger schemes in concert with others.

In many circumstances we will fund 100% of the acquisition costs and 100% of the refurbishment costs over the period of the development. As part of our service we can co-ordinate the development and provide our Clients with project management services assisting with planning, legal issues, construction, works schedules and other related matters.

At the completion of the development we can provide appropriate term finance including residential or buy to let mortgages for purchasers or investors.
